Our Design Team will curate the look and feel of your wedding to suit your personalities and budget. After learning more about you, we pitch a custom design and create a digital 3D model of your reception that you can walk through online. We also prepare a list of every item you'll need to complete the look, so you'll be well on your way to a beautiful wedding. We essentially give you the blueprints to your wedding. Full Planning: Our Planning Team will manage all planning elements for you until 30 days out. Budgets, tasks, contract negotiations, vendor meetings, scheduling, guest lists, seating plans, timeline creation and more - you make the decisions, we do all the legwork and give you the recommendations, research and guidance along the way. $1,885+
Partial Planning: Our Planning Team will provide ongoing assistance, referrals and expertise for you throughout the wedding planning process, but it's your responsibility to do the legwork. It's like having a best friend/wedding expert on speed-dial anytime you need us. $680+
The month of the wedding is extremely challenging for most couples, but with monthly check-in calls and full access to our planning software, you'll feel comfortable doing the planning on your own until 4 weeks before your wedding when our Coordination Team takes over for you. We finalize the timeline, send it to your vendors and wedding party, run final confirmations with your vendors, lead your Rehearsal, and run the wedding day itself. $1,495+
Our in-house floral designers are known for garden-inspired arrangements featuring lush greenery, local flowers, unique textures and amazing colour theory. We create everything from all your bouquets and boutonnieres to the centrepieces, ceremony arrangements, installations and more. Prices vary based on final designs, availability, size of the wedding, requirements and location/s. We are currently only booking full wedding orders and accept partial orders on a very limited basis.

From tents, furniture, draping, lighting, linens, card boxes, vases and more, we draw from all our rental company partnerships to compile the best order at the best price. Once we get the list of decor you need, we add the rentals to our invoice. It means that an entire city of decor is at your fingertips, no price shopping or site visits required.
Set Up +
Do you really want your Aunt to set up your wedding day, and your drunk friends to pack everything up at the end of the night? Let us do the manual labour. We come in to set up all of your decor and personal items in a way that is both aesthetically pleasing and exactly what you were hoping for. At the end of the night, we'll pack it all up for you too.
We offer in-house custom stationery design and printing. This includes everything from your save the dates and invitations, menus, thank you cards, bar signs, seating charts, welcome signs, table numbers, favour tags and more. We can print on a variety of mediums like acrylic and wood, and our Design Team has a knack of pitching you the perfect design right out of the gate so it's a fast, convenient process. Custom, for a fraction of the cost.
We have a revolutionary vendor program that allows you to add vendors from our partnerships on to your package with Frid Events, which saves you from researching, meeting and reviewing contracts with all of your vendors. It also means that you can add the vendors to your monthly payment plan with us, so your entire wedding can be paid off over the course of your engagement. Learn more about our program here.
